By using BeatBox (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
ACCEPTABLE USE
• Use the App for lawful purposes only.
• Do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the App or related services.
• You are responsible for any content you record, export, or share using the App.
YOUR CONTENT
BeatBox is designed primarily for on-device creation. You keep ownership of your recordings and projects. If you choose to export or share content, you control where it goes.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING
Pro subscriptions (if available) are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play. Pricing and renewal terms are shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. We do not receive your payment card details.
DISCLAIMER
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeatBox and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the App.
